01 — Executive summary

Premium fruit, minimum overhead, margin to labor.

TerraLogic is acquiring 40+ acres in South Carolina to grow strawberries, peaches, tomatoes and peppers for wholesale buyers in the Southeast. The farm combines high tunnels, zoned drip fertigation and a sensor and forecasting stack to raise grade-out and cut input, water and spoilage costs.

The operating thesis is simple: engineered overhead reduction funds above-market wages, which improve retention and quality, which protects price. Every claim is measured and, where a standard exists, audited.

TerraLogic is an EOX Enterprises venture. EOX contributes technology, security and finance infrastructure under arm’s-length agreements; farm operations are led by a co-founder with 25 years in commercial agriculture.
